TERMS OF SALE
Terms.
By purchasing from us, you agree to these terms and conditions. No other
terms shall apply except as agreed in writing signed by us. We reserve the
right to correct typographic errors and reject orders.
Prices and Payment
Prices, title and risk of loss are F.O.B. our warehouse. Prices do not
include taxes or shipment and may be changed without notice. All prices
are for 1 unit (e.g. 1-liter, 2-liter, 4-liter, 5-liter) of the specific
product.
The unit price is automatically discounted by 5% when the number of units
that are equal to a case is entered into the shopping cart. Information
about the number of units to equal a case (e.g. 3 x 5-liter/case, 4 x
5-liter/case, 12 x 1-liter/case, 18 x 1-liter/case) is indicated in each
particular product?s description. A shopping cart unit of 1 is NOT equal
to a case. A shopping cart unit of 12 is equal to a case if that product is
packaged 12 to the case.
Additional discounts via coupon code may be available through your car or
motorcycle club. (The officer of an organization may request info on the
coupon code program from orders@performanceoilstore.com.)
Tennessee residents adds 9.25% sales tax.
Visa and MasterCard are accepted for payment. Credit card arrangements
subject to change.
Shipping.
We ship only within the 48-state continental United States via FedEx
Ground. Please make sure to provide a physical address for your shipment.
Our goal is to ship your order within 24 hours.
Shipping Costs.
Shipping costs are automatically added during checkout according to the
following table:

$175 and up $20.00
Returns.
Unopened product may be returned within 30 days subject to a 20% restocking
fee. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Cancellation.
Orders may be cancelled prior to shipping via notification to
orders@performanceoilstore.com. Cancelled orders are subject to a 5%
restocking fee.
Liability.
Consult you owner?s manual for the correct oil recommendation and change
frequency for your vehicle. We are not responsible for any damages
associated with the use of an incompatible oil or fluid in your vehicle.
We shall not be liable in contract, warranty, tort or otherwise for
consequential, special, exemplary or incidental damages.
Information.
Information about products is as provided by our supplier. We make no
warranty or representation concerning such information. Material safety
data sheets (MSDS) are available upon request.
Obligations.
You warrant, represent and agree: (1) to comply with all laws; (2) that our
sale and shipment of the product will not, by export thereof, your legal
status or otherwise, cause us to violate any law; and (3) to indemnify us
against any losses from a failure by you or a third party to comply with
law or these terms and conditions, or from use of the product.
